AFI are amazing ive seen them before and i met davey hes a great guy
i went to the "december underground" tour and they played some old stuff too, i was heaps pumped when they opened with
"girls not grey" amazing stuff. I had to laugh at the girls i met in line and front of the stage that thought december underground was their first album.
The only songs they knew were prelude and miss murder and i couldnt stop laughing. Im singing to all their old songs and they had to guts to say THATS
NOT AN AFI SONG. - GOLD!

AFI....yeahh!!! Hope they do Fainting Spells, Medicate and Where We Used To Play...Their new album Crash Love, although not like their old stuff is still bloody fantastic and I applaud them for making this album different...and I love it...so if you don't like it go listen to someone else caus I bet they will play it at soundwave...but for all of you old fans stuck in time warp, they'll probably do some of sing the sorrow for you too. Hey don't get me wrong..I love the albums sing the sorrow and decemberunderground etc but I am glad they are doing new stuff as well and I want to hear it!

After getting Sing the Sorrow so right how the hell did they ruin their two newest albums! If they play only from Sing the Sorrow I will be enormously happy. They fell a long way after that album....should've ended on a high.

Yay! Have loved AFI since before I can remember Saw them when they were in Aus last (2006? from memory) and they were awesome - of course. Really looking forward to Soundwave =)Lots of Sing the Sorrow hopefully, but love it all!

yer i saw them the first time they came to sydney at the roundhouse and they where fucking awesome and then i saw them again in sydney at hordon just after decemberunderground and and they where shit, i mean i could have just put the cd on in the car and listened to it. The Bleeders opened for them and they where ten times better.

They need to play so much more of answer that & very proud of ya they where there best albums not this new stuff.

shame, i know that i got into them when i was like 10 with miss murder, but their older, more hardcore stuff is heaps better
