Why can’t I get my tickets now?
Soundwave tickets are subject to delayed fulfilment to try to stop scalping. This means that all tickets purchased from Oztix outlets will be delayed and not issued to any ticket purchaser until December 2013.
How does this benefit me?
If there are any issues with your tickets we have your information and can help you at the gate on the day of the event. If you just walk into a retail store, they print tickets and you lose them, we have no record that the tickets were sold to you. It helps us help you!
Why must I provide an e-mail address?
This is so we can e-mail your tickets to you in December.
Why do I need a password?
This is so you can login to your account to check the status of your order. Login to www.oztix.com.au and go to MY OZTIX
What if I don’t have an e-mail address?
You will need to provide the e-mail address of someone you know and trust so we can send your tickets to them.
I don’t want to create an Oztix account.
The only way to buy tickets is by creating an account. If you still don’t want an Oztix account after you have received your PDF ticket, you can e-mail Oztix on [email protected] and we can delete the account for you.
