Unfortunately we do not send out any tickets via international mail. Instead, please choose the Barcode E-ticket option and your ticket/s will be delivered via email to you. The attachment will be your ticket/s, please print the attachment and ensure you bring to the event to gain entry.

Firstly, your tickets are secure!
There are several steps you can take here.
1. Check your spam/junk folders thoroughly to see if it has arrived there.
2. Log onto your eventopia account (created when you purchased) and then click your name at the top. It will give you any transactions made and the tax invoice.
If after these two steps you don’t have a confirmation and are still concerned, please visit support.eventopia.co or email direct at [email protected] with your name, city and email address and they can look into it for you. Note that you will get an automated response, however a customer service representative will get back to you.
